TABLE RENTALS: $50.00 per table.
Six foot tables, two (2) chairs and a black tablecloth per table will be provided. Tables are limited to 3 tables per vendor. There are no side dividers provided. If electrical power is needed, you must specify and an additional $25 will be added.
APPLICATIONS: Application deadline for vendors is August 28, 2017, and are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space is limited. Complete rental fee must accompany application. No food or beverage items may be sold at vendor tables.
REGULATIONS: NO packing before the close of the conference.

SECURITY: Every effort will be made to protect your interest and property. The Hotel will lock the vendor exhibit area during the night. Please note that the Tejano Genealogy Society of Austin and the Crowne Plaza Hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
DONATED ITEMS: Vendors are requested to donate an item to be given away during the conference or in the silent auction. The chairperson of the silent auction committee will contact the vendor to collect the door prize or article. Please indicate vendor’s name on the item, so proper credit can be given.
