Purchase Program Advertisement
1. Email us to reserve space or purchase advertisement-deadline August 23rd.
2. To Submit ad content.
a. If you want us to compose the Ad, content such as photos, logos, text, must be sent in PDF file format by—Aug. 24th
b. If ‘Camera Ready’ send by PDF file format—Aug. 28th.
c. Payment for all ads must be received by—Aug. 29th.
Ad will not be published in the conference program if payment is not received by deadline. There are exceptions to that, if it is a business or corporate purchase, payment deadline will be extended if a purchase order voucher has been initiated.
